CJC students with a valid term mark who failed one or two theory subjects can opt for the examination-only form of delivery. Kindly get in touch with the relevant campus to find out the applicable examination-only charge.

Part-Time Classes

As specified in the Policy for Part-Time Classes, the College may provide part-time classes. Kindly be aware that part-time courses are provided on a self-supporting basis. This implies that the entire amount of money earned has to equal the entire amount of money spent. Courses taken part-time are more expensive than those taken full-time. For part-time classes, the entire course cost must be paid at the time of registration. The College retains the right to only offer courses that the number of students shows is appropriate.

Supplementary Examinations – NC(V) students only

Students in NC(V) who failed one or more subjects may be eligible to take make-up exams in February or March, depending on the schedule. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the student to register for the additional exams before the deadline. To register, you must pay the additional examination expenses in advance.

It is significant to remember that, if you do not pass the supplementary exam, it is your responsibility as the student writing the exam to register for the November exams. There will be examination costs.
