Yes, Registered CJC students can apply for residence, which is located at 32 Hadfield Road, Berea. However, there are places around the campuses with accommodation.

Copy of ID/PASSPORT of the person paying the rent and signing the lease
Copy of ID/PASSPORT of the person occupying the unit
Proof of income (latest payslip) *required for any package besides the NSFAS package
Three months bank statements (last 3 months) *required for any package besides the NSFAS package
Proof of Address (not older than 3 months)
If the leaseholder is married in the community, please include a copy of the spouse’s ID/Passport
Proof of acceptance at Varsity/University
If NSFAS funded – Proof of NSFAS Funding (UJ Statement from 2023 & Academic record)
