Ikhala Tvet College is excited to announce that the online application date for the upcoming academic year is now open. From 1st September to November, prospective students can apply online via the website, ikhala.coltech.co.za, to pursue their studies at the institution.

We will guide you through the online application process providing you with the necessary details and tips to ensure a sucessful application. Ikhala TVET College Online Application Date 2025-2026

Applications will be open and close at Ikhala Tvet College on the below dates:

Ikhala TVET College Application Open Date 2025-2026: Begin your application to Ikhala Tvet College by September 2024.
Ikhala TVET College Online Applications Closing Date 2025-2026: Applications will close for the 2025-2026 study season by November 2024.

Ikhala TVET College Document Required To Apply 2025

Before applying to the college, the following documents are required:

3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
One ID-size photo
Copy Certified of latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher
A unique Email address and cellphone number
Copy of latest results (certified)
Copy of student Identity Document
Copy of Proof of Residence (certified)

How to Apply for Ikhala TVET College through the ikhala.coltech.co.za portal

Go to www.ikhala.edu.za
Then, you click on “Courses”
Click on “APPLY NOW”
Take Career Questionnaire
Create an online application for admission
Select the campus of your choice
Choose NC(V) on FULL TIME
Select the course of your choice
Select the level of study.
Click on APPLY FOR THIS COURSE on your bottom-right
A DISCLAIMER will appear. Read it through and ensure that you understand, then click OK
After clicking OK, the screen will appear. Click on I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET (first-time applicants)
Click on the Continue key in your personal information and click on CONTINUE.
Select your highest grade and year passed and click REGISTER PROFILE
A message will be displayed. Click OK
Select your school subjects as they appear on your School Report. Click on SAVE.
Ensure that all seven subjects have been selected and click on SUBMIT APPLICATION
The next message will appear. Click on CONFIRM
Upload all your supporting documents
Ensure that all the stages have Green Ticks (✓) for your application to be complete.
Your application will then be processed.
