Are you a high school graduate who wishes to further your education? Not to worry at all, South West Gauteng Technical and Vocational Education and Training College has opened its online application for all prospective students to apply for the 2025-2026 academic year. Prospective candidates can apply to any of the courses offered at South West Gauteng.

 

The College’s online application will be opened from September 1, 2024, through to December 2024. It is advised that you apply as soon as possible before the deadline for the application date. Here is the process to follow on how to apply for the online application and all the requirements needed to apply.

 

Online Application Date For 2025-2026 at South West Gauteng College

Candidates are to apply to secure a spot at South West Gauteng College by following the date below:

• The online application date for 2025-2026 application will open on September 1, 2024.
• The online application will be closed on December 13, 2024.

 

Requirements Needed For the Online Application at South West Gauteng College

Here are the requirements needed to apply at South West Gauteng College:

For South African Students:

• A certified copy of your ID or birth certificate
• A certified copy of the senior certificate or equivalent( If still in grade 12, marks obtained in grade 11 together with the most recent grade 12 marks
• A certified copy Parents’ or Guadian’s ID
• An email address as well as a cellphone number

 

For Foreign Students:

• A certified copy of the passport
• A study permit
• Evaluation certificate from South African Qualification Authority(SAQA)

Steps To Online Application

These are the steps to follow when doing the online application:

• Placement Test or Career Guidance
• Fill out the online application form. It is mandatory to answer all queries
• You will receive a student (ref0 number. This does not indicate that you have gained admission
• Login with the student number and amp; Pin you created(Make sure your login details are kept safe)
• Accept student terms and conditions and code of conduct

These are the documents you need to upload

• Certified copy of your latest result or qualification
• A copy of your identity document(certified)
• Attached medical statement from a registered doctor
